This is root level healing

You don’t have to do this alone.

Stop the cycle of burnout at the root, so you can finally feel grounded, clear, and at ease.

For high-functioning women who look like they have it all together…
but internally feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and stuck in patterns they can’t seem to change.

You don’t need more tools.
You need to stop recreating the same cycle.

You’ve done everything “right.” So why does it still feel like this?

You built the career.
You show up for your people.
You’ve done the therapy, read the books, tried the routines.

And yet…

Your mind won’t slow down
You feel constantly “on”
You move through your days already overwhelmed

Even when you rest—you don’t feel rested.

Because this isn’t just stress. It’s a pattern.

You feel overwhelmed →
You try to manage it →
You feel temporary relief →
Then you’re right back where you started.

So you try again.
And again.

Until it starts to feel like:
“Maybe it’s just me.”

It’s not you. It’s what’s underneath.

Most approaches focus on helping you cope.

But they don’t address:

  • The nervous system patterns keeping you in overdrive

  • The subconscious beliefs shaping how you show up

  • The identity you’ve learned to operate from

(The one who holds everything. The overachiever. The one who can’t stop.)

This work goes beyond surface-level solutions.

We work at the root—
where your stress actually begins.

So instead of temporary relief…
you experience lasting change.

Imagine if….

Your mind feels quieter
Your body can actually relax

You move through your day with space—not constant pressure

You’re still capable, still driven—
but no longer running on urgency, guilt, or survival mode

You trust yourself again
You feel like yourself again

Hi, I’m Erin.

I’m a holistic psychologist and integrative healer.

I’ve walked this path myself.

I did everything I was “supposed” to do—built the career, kept going, held it all together… even when I was completely depleted.

Burnout wasn’t just something I studied.
It was something I lived.

And what I found is this:

I didn’t need more tools.
I needed a different way of healing.

One that included my mind, my body, and the deeper patterns driving everything underneath.

Now, that’s the work I offer.

Not because you’re broken—
but because you’ve been carrying more than you were meant to hold.

Erin is phenomenal. She is kind, gentle, and patient in guiding you through the process of tapping into your subconscious. I was floored by how quickly and usefully we were able to unlock new insights, and begin to heal them. I can’t speak highly enough of Erin. She is a master at holding space for even the deepest, most heart-wrenching work.

  • Kind Words

Working with Erin is absolutely amazing. She is able to hold so much energetic power in her work, while still making her clients feel so comfortable & at ease. I always leave our sessions feeling so seen & held, while also feeling more light-hearted and grounded at the same time.

I'd been in therapy on and off for most of my adult life. I'm not someone who doesn't believe in it. But I kept hitting the same wall — I'd feel better for a while and then find myself back in the same place. What surprised me about working with Erin is that it didn't feel like starting over. It felt like finally going somewhere we hadn't been yet.

  • Kind Words

Erin doesn't rush anything. That sounds simple but it's actually rare. I've worked with people who were good but there was always this subtle pressure to be making progress, to have something to report. With her it felt safe to just be in it. And somehow that's when things actually started to move.
